Landscape

This is a picture of an isalnd in Bar Harbor, ME. My boyfriends grandparents live right on the ocean in Bar Harbor so we go to visit them sometimes in the summer. We happened to stay the night at a hotel just outside of the ocean and this is the view we got to wake up to in the morning. It was breathtaking. This picture really doesn't do any justice. I didn't have a very good camera, and i can see now, after these last few weeks what a difference a good cameras effects have on photos.

  2. The blue in the photo is lovely. Now with your understanding of composition you can see how the islands are too in the middle horozontally and cut the photo in half. Another great thing you point out is how much our emotion plays in our photos. You loved being there and "felt" differently than the camera that just took the simple facts of the situation...;o)
